Fit For Life

I'm a military spouse, mother to 2 boys ages 3 and 6, and I've recently started my fitness journey. Currently I've lost 20 pounds with two rounds of 21 Day Fix and the help from a very supportive challenge group. I'd love to help anyone that needs some support, looking for help to meet their goals, or even motivation. :) We're all here to make it through the ups and downs of life and the challenge of getting fit and healthy.
